Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products and services—including the cost of time, materials, and installation labor—Rooted Systems does not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production or installation has begun. Each garden fence panel is made-to-order and tailored to the customer’s space and preferences.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your experience, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and ensure you’re happy with the final result. Please contact us directly at support@rootedsys.com if you encounter any concerns.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Rooted Systems warrants that all cedar fence panels, solar irrigation systems, and digital timers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation.

 

This warranty covers:

Structural integrity of the cedar panel

Functionality of the solar timer and drip irrigation components

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters

• Normal wear and tear (including fading, weathering, or cracks caused by freeze/thaw cycles)

• Plants or vegetation

 

Maintenance Recommendation:

To prolong the life of your Rooted System, we recommend applying a high-quality outdoor wood stain annually. Moisture, UV exposure, and seasonal weather changes can naturally affect untreated wood. Regular inspections and maintenance will help ensure your system continues to perform beautifully year-round.

Any implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. In no event shall Rooted Systems be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
