1. Eligibility

To use this website or make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Services

Rooted Systems designs and installs custom vertical garden fence panels and related components. All products are handcrafted and built to order, based on the customer’s measurements, location, and preferences.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. All descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete contact and installation information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

Payment terms include:

A 50% deposit at the time of booking (for pre-orders)
The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation

We accept payment via credit card, e-transfer, and other methods as outlined during checkout or via invoice.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our systems and installation services, all sales are final once work has begun. We do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy & Warranty for more information.

5. Limited Warranty

Rooted Systems offers a two-year limited warranty on structural and mechanical components. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details, including coverage and maintenance expectations.

6. User Content and Social Media

By tagging @rootedsys or using the hashtag #getrooted, you grant Rooted Systems the right to use, repost, or share your content for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, images, text, and designs—is the intellectual property of Rooted Systems and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rooted Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or the products we provide. Installation of our systems is subject to the limitations of your property, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
